The trip master is located at the top in the camp. Speak to the flight master and buy the flight route from Borean Tundra to Dalaran from the flight master for 2 Gold. Speak to the flight master once more and select "Dalaran" as your location point to fly there.
Other glitches tend not to affect a player's ability to access and use World of Warcraft, but still affect game play significantly.
