Call of Duty Black Ops for Wii: The popular game franchise, Call of Duty, has released their newest installment for the Wii gaming system, CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS WII. This is the seventh game in the Call of Duty franchise, and it is the fourth Call of Duty game made for the Wii. Call of Duty Black Ops is set during the Cold War and Vietnam conflict. This game is set in a different time from all other Call of Duty games, making it a unique experience.
In past versions, Call of Duty for the Wii has not had all the same features as other game systems due to the uniqueness of the Wii system. CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS WII has all most of the same features as the other versions of the game. The Wii version of Call of Duty Black Ops adds new first person character scenarios that are used in combination with traditional Call of Duty game play scenarios.
In CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS WII , there is no more waiting for a certain number of kills before the guns are unlocked. Plus, players can select their own perks. The CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS WII artificial intelligence in the game sometimes felt like it was lacking. There were many situations that occurred that made the opposition in single-player mode just feel stupid. A player should not be able to stand two feet away from the enemy and not have them recognize and shoot.
To help players make their CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS WII experience all their own, there are two different types of controller options. Players can use the Wii remote and nunchuk to get the full Wii gaming experience, or there is a classic controller setup. In other Call of Duty games for the Wii, players were able to use a Game Cube controller. This is no longer the case with Black Ops for the Wii.
A special Call of Duty Black Ops headset has been released for the Wii to allow for communication during online game play. There is also a new ally feature that allows people to communicate with recent players instead of having to memorize Wii console numbers. This makes it easier for players to make friends and have fun online. Overall CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS WII is very much like other platform versions for the first time.
A new headset option allows players to communicate during the online multi-player and the zombie co-op. Where other versions of Call of Duty left the Wii out, or was not able to give players all the features, Black Ops attempts to bring Wii players to an even playing field.
