Nintendo 3DS Blue Review by a Gamer

By Todd Gilmer

Nintendo 3DS blue has just been launched and I will be rushing to the store in my neighborhood in order to secure my copy.I am so looking forward to play this new console that I will get this Saturday. The release date is on March 27, 2011 in the USA with UK and Australia following soon after.I'll give you a bit of introduction about myself. I consider myself an avid gamer who have played many games before. However, this will be my first time playing a 3D game that requires me to wear no glasses to see the effect. To be honest, I can't wait to experience how it will feel myself. Seeing 3D with a naked eye from such a small device must be a pure joy.

I want to see Link swing his sword around the game in order to save Zelda.Games like Star Fox, Kirby, Pokemon and Mario will also look awesome in 3D. Those are all great oldies, but Nintendo is planning to release some new games as well.If you have played any of the above game in 2D, then playing them in 3D will make you more excited.

The most fantastic thing about the new Nintendo 3DS is that even though it displays 3D, you don't have to use 3D glasses to play your games. This is a revolutionary breakthrough in both the gaming industry and in the photographic industry as Nintendo is the first company that managed to accomplish this feat.

There is a built in slider that allows the player to determine how much 3D effect displayed during gameplay as well.User can adjust it according to his or her needs. It can be tweaked to the maximum or even to the minimum, giving you the standard 2D image. This is a fantastic feature offered by Nintendo for people who are not used to 3D effect.3D is not the only awesome thing that is included with the Nintendo 3DS.

There are cameras on the system that allow you to take pictures. For a quick explanation, the device will superimpose 2 images and blend them together, making a three dimensional image as a final result. This is a very nice feature to have considering the price of a 3D camera can be quite expensive at this point in time.

The new gaming control is a new joystick that will help the users play easily. The famous stylus is getting a makeover as well and is now being referred as a telescoping stylus. It can be adjusted by the user. All these features are very significant compared to the old Nintendo DS and DSi console.

As I have said in the introduction of this article, I really can't wait for my Nintendo 3DS blue to arrive.I do know one thing for sure though. My family and friends will see less of me and more of me with my Nintendo 3DS when I finally get the device at least for several months.
